Refund Policy and Terms of Service

Refund Policy:-

REFUND POLICY FOR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:
Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.

RETURN PARCEL:
In any cases, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.
• Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
• Insufficient Address
• Moved, Left No Address
• Returned For Better Address
• No Such Street or Number
• Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
• No Mail Receptacle
• Vacant
• Refused
• Attempted - Not Known
• Box Closed - No Order

Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "UNCLAIM" or due to address related problem.

Remark : The above terms subject to our final decision.

 

Terms of Service:-

1. All sales are final.

2. Defective item(s) must be returned no later than 3 days after you received it. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.

3. In case of missing parts, please notify us no later than 3 days after you received the item and we will arrange re-shipment of relevant parts.

4. Your item will be shipped out within 7-10 working days after your payment. No further notification will be sent to buyers.

5. Please e-mail us if you do not receive the item 7 working days after your payment and we will investigate it.

6. Shipment holding:

Since our business is growing quickly, in order to protect the rights of all Buyers and our business, we would hold the shipment in the following situations:

a. We ONLY accept Paypal Verified Buyers, and we will also judge the feedback of Buyers to determine whether we ship the item or not. An exception is we may accept an Unverified Buyers with good reputation. According to the status of a Buyer, we may send a verify notice.
b. We ship to home / office address only. We NEVER ship to partial address or the other unclear address, and we may send a home / office address notice to the Buyer.
c. We may charge extra shipping fee for some destinations, for example Italy, and we may send an extra shipping fee notice to the Buyer.

There are no EXCEPTION. All Buyers should follow our terms as these rules protect you and us.

7. We do not accept the combine shipping discount, but some benefits would be given to Buyers.

8. Our return policy follows the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and Buyers can cancel the contract within the cooling off period of seven working days after the date of receipt. The Buyer would need to pay the return postage cost first which would be returned as credits for future purchases from us.
